Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain, fat-free Greek yogurt.
  • 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • 2 teaspoons of Splenda or whatever the sweetener is.
  • 1 tablespoon of fat-free skim milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients with a food processor and run until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the yogurt mixture to an 8-8 skillet and freeze for 2 hours.
