HOW DO I MAKE MY GLUTEN-FREE BANANA BREAD?
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Prepare the loaf pan with butter.
3. Add the melted butter and brown sugar In a bowl and mix.
4. Add the bananas and mash them then mix into the butter and sugar mixture.
5. Then add the egg and vanilla extract. Stir.
6. Add the baking soda, cinnamon, and gluten-free baking flour to the mix.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
8. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven and let cool. It’s better to allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
