HOW DO I MAKE MY CINNAMON MUFFINS?
1. Prepare 24 cup mini muffin tin.
2. Spray with cooking spray or line with cup liners.
3. Preheat the oven to 375° F
4. Add ½ cup sugar, nutmeg, and ¼ cup margarine in a large mixing bowl.
5. Mix well. Stir in milk. Stir in flour and baking powder until just combined – Don’t over-mix.
6. Then fill each mini muffin cup about halfway full.
7. Bake approx 15 to 20 minutes or until muffins are slightly golden on top.
8. Prepare topping while muffins bake.
9. In a mixing bowl, add melted margarine.
10. In another mixing bowl, add cinnamon and ½ cup sugar.
11. Mix well. Take muffins out of cups.
12. Dip them in butter, then roll them in the sugar mix. Let cool.
