HOW DO I MAKE MY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES?

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the cookies from sticking.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and sugar until well-mixed.

4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and continue to mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

5. Scoop out the dough and roll it into balls using a tablespoon.

6. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.

7. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork, making a crisscross pattern on the top.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown.

9. Be careful not to overbake as the cookies will continue to harden as they cool.

10. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 mins before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
