HOW DO I MAKE MY SWEET-AND-SOUR CHICKEN RECIPE?

1. Combine flour, oil, cornstarch, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and beaten egg together.

2. Then add 1 1/2 cups milk slowly to make a thick pancake-like batter.

3. Add The chicken pieces, and stir until the chicken is well coated.

4. Heat oil in a skillet or wok to 360 degrees F.

5. Fry chicken pieces in hot oil for about 5 minutes, turning as needed, or until lightly golden.

6. Remove the chicken, then drain on paper towels and place on a baking sheet.

7. Sprinkle the peppers, onions, and cooked chicken pieces over rice or noodles on a plate when ready to serve.
