Chicken Stuffing Casserole Recipe

HOW DO I MAKE MY CHICKEN STUFFING CASSEROLE RECIPE?

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2. Using non-stick cooking spray, Spray a 9X13 baking pan.

3. Then cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

4. Place the chicken pieces on the bottom of the 9X13 pan in an even manner.

5. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

6. In a separate mixing bowl, mix condensed soup, nonfat Greek yogurt or sour cream, and mixed vegetables until combined.

7. Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces until covered.

8. Evenly pour Stove Top stuffing mix on top of the sauce.

9. Pour 1 1/3 cups chicken broth on top of the stuffing mix, and make sure that all of the stuffing is moistened by the broth.

10. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for about 30 minutes.

11. Bake uncovered for 15 more minutes.

12. Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley, if desired and serve warm.

13. You can store leftovers in an airtight container and keep them in the fridge for up to 4 days.
