HOW DO I MAKE MY CHICKEN CORDON BLEU?

1. Add an egg In a bowl and mix well.

2. In another bowl, add the panko and seasoning and mix well.

3. Cut a chicken breast into thin slices and place it on a plate.

4. Then add a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on top and slowly roll the chicken breast around and secure it with toothpicks.

5. Repeat with the rest of the chicken.

6. Dip every roll into the egg mixture and roll it around the panko mixture.

7. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes to 350º F.

8. To cook in the air fryer, spray the fryer lightly with oil.

9. Add the chicken rolls and spray the oil mist onto the chicken.

10. Cook for about 12 minutes at 360º F.

11. Then open the air fryer and turn the chicken over.

12. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

13. Check the internal temperature of the rolls to ensure it is 165º F.

14. To cook in the oven, preheat the oven to 350º F.

15. Add the chicken rolls to a greased 8×8 pan.

16. Sprinkle oil over the chicken and bake for 30 minutes.

17. Check the internal temperature like above.
