Baked Chicken Fajitas Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

  • One pound of boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 ripe tomato, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  2. Spray medium casserole dish with non-stick spray
  3. Mix together seasonings in a small bowl
  4. Cut chicken into strips and coat well with a seasoning blend
  5. In the bottom of the casserole dish, place a single layer
  6. Top with vegetables
  7. Finally, bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the vegetables have browned and the chicken is cooked through.
