HOW DO I MAKE MY PLAIN JANE CHEESECAKE?

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a mixing bowl add eggs, sugar substitute and extract & mix well using a wire whisk.

3. Mix well yogurt and dry pudding.

4. Lightly brush a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.

5. Cook it for 30 minutes, once it’s chilled, it will set.

6. Then let it cool for 15-20 min before covering it with plastic wrap.

  • 3/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup zero-point white granulated sweetener ( I used Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener )
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix for about 1 minute, until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into a prepared baking dish for about 15 minutes.
  5. Let them cool completely before adding the cheesecake batter.

  • 3 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt or nonfat plain yogurt ( for thicker slices use 5 cups)
  • We'll need a small box of instant sugar-free/fat-free cheesecake or vanilla pudding.
  • And 1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
  • We'll need 3 Tbsp. white granulated sugar substitute ( I used LAKANTO MONKFRUIT CLASSIC SWEETENER )
