Weight Watchers Two Ingredient Dough Pizza in the Air Fryer

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup non-fat greek yogurt I recommend Fage
  • pizza sauce
  • to keep points low, toppings it with fat-free cheese and turkey pepperonis
  • optional: garlic salt, pepper, onion powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400*F.
  2. Make the dough (mix 1 cup yogurt with 1 cup flour).
  3. Roll out onto the floured surface. Cut into 4 pieces – will make 4 small/individual pizza crusts each one will be 3 WW Points
  4. Cook dough for about 5 minutes.
  5. Then add sauce, cheese, and pepperonis.
  6. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the dough.

In this recipe, I used regular cheese and pepperonis for my pizza but for the next batch, I used fat-free cheese and turkey pepperonis.
