Big Mac Salad Ingredients

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Laura’s Lean Ground Beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dill relish
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 4 cups lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 yellow onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- Pickle slices

- In a mixing bowl add the mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and white vinegar.
- Whisk together.
- In a pan, add the minced beef, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cook the beef until brown.
- Remove any grease and remove from heat.
- Add 1 cup of lettuce, 1/4 of the ground beef, chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese, pickle slices, and 2 tablespoons of the dressing to assemble the salad.
- Repeat until all four salads are made.

Servings: Make 4 large servings
